Return conditions
The returning of goods, ordered through this web site, is possible within ten days after the shipment date and is allowed if the products are in “new” condition. Regarding flag poles, sticks and bases, we will charge additional shipment costs.

Products with your personal design are created just for you, which makes it impossible to return or trade them. Therefore, we advise you to check the order and files thoroughly.
