Welke opmaakprogramma’s raadt Waelkens me aan?

We raden aan om de vectoriële bestanden op te maken met Illustrator. Indien je graag je foto's gebruikt, raden we PhotoShop aan. Die bestanden kan je ons dan in .PDF format doorsturen.

Welke bestanden kan ik aanleveren?

We krijgen de vectoriële bestanden liefst in .PDF vorm. Zijn die "te zwaar" om via mail te versturen, kan je altijd WeTransfer gebruiken!

Hoe kan ik de status van mijn levering opvolgen?

Kan ik mijn drukwerk neutraal laten versturen?

Indien je ons dit meedeelt, kunnen we daar zeker voor kijken!

Kan mijn drukwerk in het buitenland geleverd worden?

Dit kan zeker. Bij het plaatsen van de bestelling zijn verschillende landen en regio's mogelijk. Selecteer gerust waar het pakket naartoe mag.

Kan ik mijn drukwerk komen ophalen?

Geen enkel probleem. Via de contact pagina kan je ons adres en openingsuren terugvinden.

Can I cancel my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, cancelling a custom made order is not possible. We advise you to check the order and files thoroughly. After your confirmation, those files are sent directly to the printer. After that, we can not do any modifications to your order.

Can I return an order?

Did you receive your order, but not pleased with the result? Has something gone wrong during the production process or has your order been damaged during shipment? We are very sorry and love to help you towards a solution. Fill out our contact form and we will contact you within 8 (office) hours. Return conditions The returning of goods, ordered through this web site, is possible within ten days after the shipment date and is allowed if the products are in “new” condition. Regarding flag poles, sticks and bases, we will charge additional shipment costs. Products with your personal design are created just for you, which makes it impossible to return or trade them. Therefore, we advise you to check the order and files thoroughly.
